We always strayed from concrete paths,
Its no wonder why we get lost so fast.
We always prayed the nights would pass,
With at least a small hint of a smile or laugh
It's been a while since I've seen that smile.
We always played in the trees
Nostalgia blowing in the autumn breeze.
The colors will fade and faces change,
But the essence of adolescence will remain.

Into who we really are.
Teenage angst beneath the stars
We never cared where we stood
Playing tag in the dark
Fireworks in the park
We were running faster

We are Helloseptember, a 3 piece Alt/Rock band based out of Victoria BC. We’ve been playin music together for 5 years and ... more are tremendously motivated despite just getting out of highschool.
